Reset External Passwords & Access Links

Goal: Rotate a user’s external credentials and generate a new access link.

1) Login

2) Choose user

3) Manage access keys

Note: AWS access keys are not labeled internal vs external, so after creation the only way to differentiate is by remembering which key was created for which purpose.External keys are the ones needed for respondent/filler access, and changing a user's external key will result in their password being regenerated.

Important: Passwords are per user, not per survey. Rotating an external key changes that user's respondent password for every survey they can fill.

If you want this user to regenerate links for more surveys, add those survey IDs to that user's filler permissions first. After that, they should appear in the dropdown automatically.
